We trust this message finds you well. As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we would like to provide you with details regarding the upcoming holiday schedule and production plans at TADEX.

Holiday Schedule:

Office Closure: Our official office holiday will be observed from the 8th to the 13th of February, 2024.

Hotline Support: Our hotline support will be available 24/7 throughout the holiday period to address any urgent inquiries or concerns.

Factory Closure: The factory will be closed from the 5th to the 15th of February, 2024.

Production Capacity and Purchasing Recommendations:

Currently, we are operating at maximum capacity to fulfill outstanding orders. In anticipation of the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday, we strongly recommend that you consult with your designated Sales Representative to establish a suitable purchasing plan for February and March. Historically, the productivity post our Lunar New Year break tends to experience a reduction due to various objective factors. Notably, external conditions such as weather may impact our operations adversely.
